摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高,大家越来越关注身体健康。以韶关市普通家庭的日常饮食(忽略非正餐食用的食物)作为本次调查对像,按照卫生部发布的《中国居民膳食指南(2007)》,对调查样本进行了评估。结果显示:受访者饮食结构基本合理,食物品种呈现多样化状,营养摄入基本达到营养学会推荐的膳食标准;可增加乳制品、豆制品及蛋类食品的摄入。
A household survey on daily diet (neglected non-dinner consumption of food) was conducted in Shaoguan, and samples were assessed according to China's Dietary Guidelines (2007).Results showed that diet and trophic structure of the respondents were approximately reasonable and food intake was diversified, meeting the nutrient standards recommended by nutrition academy. It was also found that daily intake of dairy, soybean and eggs need to be added.
