超选择性膀胱动脉化疗栓塞治疗中晚期膀胱癌

Super - selective bladder artery in fusion chemotherapy and embolization in treatment of middle and advanced stage of bladder cancer

目的探讨超选择性膀胱动脉化疗栓塞治疗中晚期膀胱癌的疗效。方法18例中晚期膀胱癌，经两侧膀胱动脉局部灌注化疗，然后用碘油加5-氟尿嘧啶及明胶海绵碎屑作栓塞治疗。结果CR＋PR为15例（15／18），NC为3例（3／18），总有效率为83．3％。结论超选择膀胱动脉化疗栓塞是治疗中晚期膀胱癌的一种有效的姑息方法，能明显提高患者的生存率。

Objectives To investigate the therapeutic effect of super - selective bladder arterial infusion chemotherapy and embolization on treating of middle and advanced stage of bladder cancer. Methods Eighteen cases were treated by trans - arterial infusion, and then followed by hpiodol 5 - Fu and gelfoam embolization. Resuits CR ＋ PR 15 cases （ 15/18）, NC for the three cases （3/ 18）, and the total efficiency of 83.3%. Conclusions Super - selective bladder arterial chemo - embolization is the treatment of middle and advanced bladder cancer an effective palliative method can significantly increase the survival rate of patients.
