间隙连接蛋白Cx32在肾癌中作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 间隙连接蛋白(Connexin Cx)基因作为一种肿瘤抑制基因,在肿瘤的生长、侵袭及转移过程中有重要意义。通过其介导的细胞间通讯结构和间隙连接蛋白本身的独立作用两条途径对肿瘤产生抑制作用,同时能够降低癌细胞对抗肿瘤药物的抵抗性,降低肿瘤细胞的迁徙和侵袭力。本文就近年来间隙连接蛋白Cx32在肾癌方面的研究作一综述。
