肾小管间质疾病的相关实验室检查
摘要
肾小管细胞表面存在许多特异性的标记物，当肾小管轻微损害时，这些标记物就可落而从尿液中排出，定量检测尿液中这些标志物质，可以及时发现肾小管的早期病变，并有助于肾小管病变的病因和定位的诊断。本文将临床上用于检测肾小管一间质功能损害的指标做一综述。
