摘要
将博客平台嫁接到学校和教师管理工作实践，有着很好的发展空间。但教师在利用博客享受信息化成果的时候，应当“扬其长，避其短，克其弊，正其位”，走出博客使用的误区。
Grafting the school and the teacher supervisory work practice with the blog platform will take a very good development opportunity. But while the teachers are in use of blog to enjoy the fruits of information technology, they should make full use of its advantages and overcome its shortcomings, out of the use of the error.
