摘要
本文对用溶剂挥发的方法制备包含药物的PHB微球进行了研究。结果表明,药物释放及药物包含量受PHB在氯仿中的浓度、黄体酮与PHB的比例以及制备温度的影响。用PHB制备黄体酮缓释微球的最佳条件为乳化时间60分钟、PHB在氯仿中的浓度为10%(g/mL)、黄体酮的加入量为PHB质量的6%、温度为40℃。
PHB microspheres containing drug were prepared by the emulsion solvent evaporation method. It was found that release behaviour and content of progesterone in the microspheres depended on the concentration of PHB in chloroform, the ratio of progesterone to PHB and the temperature of preparation. The optimal conditions for preparing the microspheres were determined as a 60 minutes emulsion time, a 10%(g/mL) PHB concentration in chloroform, a 0 06:1(w/w) progesterone-to-PHB ratio and a 40℃ temperature.
