摘要
1999年开始的高校连续扩招,原有的职务犯罪防范体系难以对之实施有效监控,随之而来的是全国范围内的高校职务犯罪频发。为有效遏制其蔓延态势,从制度层面进行防范已成为当下高校职务犯罪预防极为紧迫的任务。
The expansion in enrollment of universities in China in recent years has triggered the boom in the corresponding enrollment. The original fragile duty crime preventive system can not work effectively any more,which leads to the rapid rise of the duty crime frequency in the university. In order to curb tiffs trend, systematic work has to be done at the level of policies, which has become a very urgent task to the establishment of the new duty crime preventive system in the university.
