摘要
文章对师范教育与教师教育的产生及其内涵特点进行了概述,从教师教育的国际发展趋势以及我国传统师范教育本身存在的问题两方面讨论了我国师范教育向教师教育转变的必要性,针对现实存在的问题指出了在这个转变过程中应走出的误区。
First, tiffs paper summarizes the process of the emergence and the concept of Normal- education and Teacher- education. Second, tiffs paper discusses the necessity of the change from Normal - education to Teacher - education in China from two sides which are the trend of international Teacher- education and the probems of traditional Teacher - education in China. Finally, tiffs paper discusses the mistakes avoided during the changing from Normal- education to Teacher- education.
