Teachers＇ personality is one of important psychological traits, it＇s also a significant part of teacher＇s traits. As a teacher, it＇ s properly important to creat healthy harmongy and comprehensive personality traits. Seeking truth, yearning towards kindness and reaching beauty are necessary contents in the meaning of teachers＇ personality traits. In order to achieve these goals, teachers must be self- educated unceasingly, they must design themselves, get to autocfiticism and practise themselves.
