摘要
本文采用气相色谱法,以5% OV-101色谱柱固定相,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物,用FID检测器利用程序升温对异稻·三环唑20%可湿性粉剂定量分析。三环唑、异稻瘟净的标准偏差分别为0.121、0.064,变异系数分别为0.99%、0.78%,三环唑的回收率为98.47%~102.99%,异稻瘟净的回收率为98.13%~103.64%。该方法方便、快捷、准确。
This dissertation reported a specific quantitative analytical method for tricyclazole · iprobenfos 20%WP by GC. The sample was separated in a column packed with OV-101 using dibutyl phthalate as internal standard and detected by flame ionization detector. The standard deviation for tricyclazole and iprobenfos were 0.121 and 0.064, the recoveries were between 98.47%- 102.99% and 98.13%-103.64%. This method is convenient, rapid and accuracy.
