摘要 采用氯磺化聚已烯(CSM)、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、氯醇橡胶(CHR)三者并用,有机过氧化物硫化,填充一定量的阻燃剂研制出的适用于恶劣环境作业的阻燃矿用电缆护套橡皮,可适用于高温、强酸、矿物油、化学药品等作业环境。试验发现:CSM/CPE/CHR并用比值在60~40/20~30/20~30之间,填充氢氧化铝、Sb2O3、卤素阻燃剂,RaSO4等,共硫化剂选用HVA-2/TAIC,研制出的橡皮氧指数达到42~43电缆性能满足GB12972GB7594、GB12666、IEC90-359之要求。 In order to makc thc rubbcr - shcath compound of flame retardant mining cable adapting tohigh tcmperature, strong acid, mincral oil, chemicals and so on, CSM, CPE and CHR werc usedsimultaneously; Organic pcrokide was adopted as vulcanizcr, and some flame retardant agents wereadded into thc compeund. Experiments show, CSM/CPE/CHRwere blended in 60 ~ 40/20 ~ 30/20~ 30. Hydrate of alurninium [Al (OH)2], Sb2O3, BaSO4 and others were filled, HVA - 2/TAIC were used as coupling coagents. its LOI is from 42 to 43 and the finished cable properties metthe requirements of GB12972, GB7594, GB12666 and IEC 92 - 359
