目的建立毛冬青滴丸的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法采取薄层色谱鉴别方法鉴别方中的主要药味。结果方中的毛冬青总皂苷、天然冰片2味药的薄层色谱具有鉴别特征斑点,而且重复性好。结论薄层色谱鉴别法可作为毛冬青滴丸的质量控制指标。

Objective To method of compound Radix Methods TLO was used. establish TLC indentifioation Ileois Pubesoens droplet pill. Result TLO methods could indentify Ilexsapon and natural Borneolum synthetioum, the indentification were reproducible and speoifio. Conclusion TLO Identification oan be used to control the quality.
