摘要
现代企业目前面临着生存环境多变、速变以及诸多不确定因素的冲击和制约,迫使企业不得不改变现有的经营管理模式和战略选择。在市场经济条件下,强化现代企业信息资源管理应做好三个方面工作:一是要制定好企业信息资源管理发展规划;二是要有一套科学的业务经营管理模式;三是要建立健全一套较为完善的信息资源库。只有这样,现代企业才能充满活力和生机。
It is the various and rapid changes of survival environment, and the impact of many uncertain constraints that forced mordern enterprises to alter their existing mode of operation and strategic choices.Under the market economy conditions, the following three aspects axe necessary for enterprises to manage their information resources firstly, enterprises should make a long-term development plan of information resources management; secondly, scientific business management model is needed; lastly, a information resource base should be built.Only in this way, can the modem enterprise always be full of vigor and vitality.
