Development View in Economic Ethics

发展观是特定社会历史条件下经济伦理思想的体现。经济活动的目的和社会伦理目标之间存在着逻辑上的一致性,经济伦理规则内生于经济活动和经济行为的交往之中。科学发展观中所蕴涵的经济伦理思想体现在发展的目的、过程、手段及结果等方面,它规定了经济行为的价值取向,突出了发展的多维性,既以效率的标准实现了经济合理性的要求,又以人道的尺度丈量了伦理合理性的价值取向,将产生正义与分配正义有机结合,并以人的全面发展作为发展的目的。这一全新的、科学的发展观将经济原则与伦理原则完美结合起来,实现了经济合理性与伦理合理性的高度统一。

The development wiew is the manifestation of economic ethics under certain social and historical conditions. There is a logical consistence between the aims of economic actions and social ethics and economic ethics always derive from the interaction between economic actions, and economic behaviors. The economic ethics inherited in the scientific concept of development can be found in many aspects of development, such as aims, processes, methods and results. They defiene the value of economic actions, and emphasize the multi-dimensional feature of development. That is, the standard of efficiency achieves economic justice and the humanistic rule measures the value orientation of ethical rationality, which connects production justice with distribution justice and aims at human being＇s all-around development. This new scientific concept of development joins economic principle and ethical principle perfectly and realizes a great integration of economic and ethical rationality.
