摘要 为解决目前国内喷油泵试验台用量筒计量燃油误差较大的问题,通过研究喷油器的喷油量与针阀升程、喷油时间、主轴转速、喷油压力等的关系,推导出喷油量公式并计算得出精确的喷油量,经单片机处理进行数字显示。经验证试验表明:由公式计算所得结果符合实际测量数值,数字化量油方法可行。 To reduce the fuel measurement errors by measuring cylinder, formula of fuel injection quantity was got and the quantity of fuel injection was attained and displayed by studying the relationships between needle valve lift, time of fuel injection, spindle speed and injection pressure etc. Verification experiments show that the results derived from the formula of fuel injection quantity is in accord with the actual fuel quantity and the digital fuel quantity measurement is feasible.
