长叶蜈蚣藻多糖抗凝血活性的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的通过口服和尾静脉注射两种给药方式给药考察长叶蜈蚣藻多糖(GLP)的抗凝血作用。方法采用毛细管法测定GLP尾静脉注射和口服给药对凝血时间(CT)的影响;并对该多糖对凝血酶原时间(PT)和活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)的影响进行考察。结果GLP两种给药方式对CT、PT和APTT均有延长作用。结论GLP静脉注射和口服均具有较好的抗凝血活性,作为抗凝药物开发具有较好的前景。 Objective To study the anticoagulant activities of Grateloupia longifolia polysaccharide (GLP) by p o and i v. Method The anticoagulant activity was evaluated by capillary method. Results Clotting time (CT), prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) could be effectively prolonged after both p o and i v administration of GLP at the doses of 2.5 mg·kg^-1 to 10mg·kg^-1 in mice. Conclusion GLP has anticoagulant effect and it can be developed an anticoagulant drug.
