花生中黄曲霉毒素检测方法的研究 被引量:13

摘要 [目的]建立了利用荧光光度法串联高效液相色谱法同时检测花生中4种黄曲霉毒素(B1、B2、G1和C2)的方法。[方法]样品经提取净化、荧光计初步筛选后,再利用高效液相色谱法进行确证分析。[结果]黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2能达到完全的基线分离,检出限分别为0.3、1.0,0.3和1.0ug/kg,范围内线性关系良好,7〉0.999,回收率可达70%~96%,相对标准偏差低于9.4%。[结论]该方法快速、准确、灵敏且经济,能够满足花生中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2检验的需要。 [ Objective] Spectrophotofluorimetry with high performance liquid chromatography was applied to the deteimination of aflatoxin ( Bl, B2, G1 and G2 ) in peanut. [ Method] After extraction, the sample was purified by fluorometer. And high performanc liquid chromatography was used to analyze the sample. [Resuh] Baseline separation of aflatoxin B1,B2,G1 and G2 could be reached completely,with the limits of detection being 0.3, 1.0,0.3 and 1.0 ug/kg, respectively. The linear relationship within the range was good with γ 〉 0.999. The recovery rate could reach 70% - 96% .And the relative standard deviation was below 9.4%. [ Conclusion] The method was rapid,accurate,sensitive and economic.It could meet the need of the detection of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 in peanut.
