摘要 [目的]为转双抗虫基因741杨科学繁育、栽培提供依据。[方法]在大田上建设大棚,用沙壤土、河沙做基质,用各浓度吲哚丁酸+2,4-D、吲哚丁酸、ABT 6号处理插穗后进行扦插育苗,调查育苗效果。[结果]浓度100 mg/kg吲哚丁酸+2,4-D、吲哚丁酸、ABT6号处理的转双抗虫基因741杨插穗生根率均达100.0%。[结论]吲哚丁酸+2,4-D、吲哚丁酸处理可明显提高转双抗虫基因741杨插穗生根率。 [Objective]The researeh aimed to provide references for the scientific breed and cultivation of white poplar hybrid 741 trausformed two insectresistant genes. [Method] In the experiment,the shed was builded, sandy loam and riversand was used for matrix,and different concentrations IBA + 2,4- D, IBA , ABT6 were used to treat cuttings. At last, the effects of breading were investigated. [ Result ] Rooting rates of 100 mg/kg IBA + 2,4-D, IBA, ABT6 were all 100.0%. [ Conclusion] IBA + 2,4-D and IBA treatment could improve the rooting rate of white poplar hybrid 741 transformed two insect-resistant genes.
