哺乳动物白色基因座(KIT基因)的研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 哺乳动物的毛色是由真黑色素及伪黑色素构成的,二者编码的蛋白在细胞内的相对含量决定了最终的毛色表型。黑色素的生物合成与经典的白色位点编码的KIT受体密切相关,KIT基因的突变会降低干细胞生长因子受体的活性。综述了KIT基因的作用机理、不同哺乳动物KIT基因的定位、突变分析、KIT基因对毛色的影响及在动物生产中的研究意义。
