番茄红素高产菌株发酵条件优化 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]对三孢布拉霉菌进行自然筛选得到的番茄红素高产菌株进行发酵培养基的优化。[方法]以正交试验优化培养基组合,得到最适合于发酵生产的培养基配方。[结果]通过正交分析,发现阻断剂对发酵结果影响最大,第9种培养基组合最适合该对菌株的发酵。[结论]发酵培养基经优化,试验菌株发酵后番茄红素晶体产量由原来的2.234 mg/ml提高到3.706 mg/ml。 [Objective] The fermentation conditions of the lycopene high yield strains which selected from Blakeslea trispora were optimized. [Method] In order to obtain the optimum culture conditions,a orthogonal design was carried out. [ Result]The most significant factor was inhibitor and the ninth combination of fermentation condition was the optimum one by the orthogonal analysis. [ Conclusion] After the optimization, the crystal of lycopene was improved from 2.234 to 3.706 mg/ml.
