摘要
[目的]为开发利用沙田柚植物资源提供依据。[方法]用水蒸气蒸馏法从沙田柚幼果中提取挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对挥发油的化学成分进行分离鉴定,用气相色谱峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量。[结果]结果表明,从沙田柚幼果挥发油中鉴定出43种化合物,占总挥发油量的99.5%,其中主要成分为柠檬烯(46.83%)、β-环氧石竹烯(20.17%)、反式α,α,5-三甲基-5-乙烯基-2-四氢呋喃甲醇(4.26%)、3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯-3-醇(3.06%)、α,α,4-三甲基-3-环己烯-1-甲醇(2.99%)、反式-1-甲基-4-异丙烯基-2-环己烯-1-醇(2.60%)、1,5,5,8-四甲基-12-氧杂二环[9.1.0]十二碳-3,7-二烯(2.28%)等。[结论]沙田柚幼果挥发油将具有很大的药用开发价值。
[ Objective]The study was to provide basis for developing and using the Shatian pomelo plant resources. [Method]The volatile oil in Citrus maxima cv. Shatian pomelo was extracted by steam distillation. The components of volatile oil were separated and identified with gas chromatograpby-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The relative contents of the components were detected with the peak area normalization method in gas chromatography. [ Result ] The results showed that 43 compounds was identified, accounting for 99.5% of total volatile oil. The principal constituents of the volatile oil was Limonene (46.83%), β-Caryophyllene epoxide ( 20. 17% ), 2-Furanmethanol, 5-ethenyltetrahydro-a, a, 5-trimethyl-trans-( 4.26% ), 1,6-Octadien-3-ol, 3, 7- dimethyl- (3.06%),3-Cyclohexene-1-methanol, a, a, 4-trimethyl- (2.99%), 2-Cyclohexen-1-ol, 1-methyl-4- (1-methylethenyl)-trans-(2.60% ), 1,5,5,8- Tetramethyl-12-oxabicyclo[9.1.0]dodeca-3,7-diene (2.28%), etc. [ Conclusion] The volatile oil of Shatian pomelo will have the very big medicinal development value.
