城市化进程中失地农民的社会排斥研究

Research on Land-lost Farmers' Social Exclusion in the Process of Urbanization

从社会制度、经济、文化与心理、社会关系网络4个方面分析了失地农民在市民化过程中遭受到的社会排斥,理清了社会排斥在其中的关键作用,并提出从创新制度、改造就业环境、转变观念等方面入手,缓解和消除对失地农民的社会排斥,促进失地农民真正融入城市社会的各项措施。

Social exclusion confronted by the land-lost farmers in the process of urbanization was analyzed from the four aspects of social system, econo- my, cultural and psychology, social network. The key role of social exclusion was made clear. It was proposed that several measures could relieve and eliminate the social exclusion of land-lost farmers including system innovation, changes of employment environment and transformation of the concept of employmerit,which could also promote the land-lost farmers to merge with the urban society.
