摘要
阐述了热风非织造布常用的双组分热熔纤维的种类、形态结构和粘合原理。通过材料吸水性能的测定,分析了不同面密度热风材料的吸水量差异,并探讨了作为个人卫生护理用品的热风非织造布面层和导流层所起到的传递液体和阻隔液体的作用。
The type, structure and bonding principle of bicomponent fiber of through air thermal bonded nonwovens were introduced. Absorbency capacity of different basis weight through air thermal bonded nonwovens was analyzed. And as the top sheet or distribution layer of the personal care product, through air thermal bonded nonwovens has the function of liquid transfer and rewet barrier.
