摘要
文章介绍了一种新兴的印制电子技术及其技术进展现状;概述了喷墨印制PCB加成法的技术特点,并就我国在印制电子技术的研发方面应采取的对策提出了一些建议。
A kind of emerging printed electronics and its state-of-the-art were introduced, the technical features for full addition process of the inkjet printing PCB were briefly described, and some suggestions for the research and development of the printed electronics in China were put forward.
