摘要
如何开发人力资源,同样是摆在PCB制造业经营管理者面前的战略问题。文章通过探讨企业员工绩效考核的作用、员工绩效考核中的常见问题以及建立PCB制造业员工绩效考核体系的方法,来阐述如何利用对员工绩效实施科学管理这一工具,不断激励员工,达到育才、用才、留才的目的,最终支持企业实现可持续发展。
Human resource development is also a strategic question to management of PCB manufacture enterprise. This thesis will analyze merits of staff performance assessment, frequent questions which occur in assess- ment and how to establish staff performance system in PCB manufacture industry. By this analysis, thesis states how to manage and successively motivate staff performance with scientific management instrument, in order to reach the purpose of cultivating talents, putting good use of their ability and to obtain their loyalty, and finally to realize sustainable development of enterprise.
