测定了N-脂肪酰基谷氨酸钠（FAG-Na）在高聚物存在时的起泡性和稳泡性参数，对不同高聚物及其浓度对FAG-Na泡沫性能的影响规律进行了探讨。

The foam properties and foam stabilities of sodium N-fattyamidoglutamate (FAG-Na) at the presence of polymer have been determined. The effects of different polymer and concentration on foam properties of FAG-Na have been investigated.
