有机硅阻燃剂对金属氢氧化物阻燃LLDPE的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Organic-silicon Flame Retardant on Metal Hydroxides Flame-retarded LLDPE

摘要 将有机硅阻燃剂(org-Si)与金属氢氧化物(MAH)复配用于LLDPE的阻燃。研究表明,使用org-Si预处理MAH得MMAH,在org-Si及MAH相同用量的条件下,LLDPE/MMAH共混物比LLDPE/MAH/org-Si共混物具有更好的阻燃性能。当总阻燃剂质量分数为50%时,org-Si质量分数为0.5%的LL-DPE/MMAH共混物LOI值、av-HRR值分别为30.2%、70.6 kW·m-2,相对于LLDPE/MAH共混物的下降幅度分别为12%、55%。 Organic-silicon flame retardant(org-Si) BFQ and metal hydroxides(MAH) were used in flame-retardant LLDPE. MMAH was prepared by surface-modification of MAH with org-Si. The results show that LLDPE/ MMAH has better flame retardancy than LLDPE/MAH/org-Si in the same content of org-Si and MAH. When the content of flame retardant is 50wt%, LOI and av-HRR of LLDPE/MMAH blend loading 0. 5wt% organic-silicon flame retardant are 30. 2%, 70.6 kW·m^-2, and decreased by 12% and 55% of those of LLDPE/MAH blend, respectively.
