摘要
用Rheometric RAD-Ⅲ型平板动态流变仪研究了阻燃高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)熔体在设定温度下动态流变性能对剪切速率以及温度的依赖性,并探讨其动态流变性能参数与相容剂、阻燃增效剂MPPO、阻燃剂以及增韧剂的含量的关系,结果发现体系的弹性较粘性强,添加剂与树脂基体间发生了相互作用;本研究为优化阻燃HIPS的成型加工工艺条件及产品性能的进一步改进提供了依据。
Dynamic rheological properties of flame-retardant HIPS were studied by plate dynamic rheometer at set temperatures and different frequencies, and the effects of the amount of flame retardant, modified-PPO, eompatibilizer and toughening agent on the rheologieal behavior were also investigated. The results indicate that additives have interactions with the resin matrix and the elasticity of the compositions is stronger to the viscosity.
