摘要
本文运用平衡计分卡分析、筛选出营销人员绩效考核关键因素(CSF)和关键指标(KPI),根据公司目标对各层次人员的要求,运用不同权重的设定制定出不同层次营销人员的绩效考核结果,从而客观有效评价营销人员。
through the utilization of Balanced Scorecard, This article filter out Core Success Factors (CSF) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in marketing staff performance evaluation, according to the company's goals at all levels of staff requirements, then set different weights to different developed Level marketing staff to get evaluation results in order to evaluate marketing staff effectively and objectively.
