摘要
知识是企业竞争优势的根源，企业竞争优势的一个突出表现就是企业的学习能力。民营企业应有针对性地建立学习型组织结构，加强知识管理，从而提升民营企业核心竞争力。
Knowledge is the source of competitive advantage, the competitive advantages of an outstanding performance is their ability to learn. Private enterprises should create learning organization structure, strengthen knowledge management, private enterprises so as to enhance core competitiveness.
