退变椎间盘组织中TNF-α及IL-18的表达及意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究TNF-α、IL-18在突出与正常椎间盘组织中的表达,探讨该类细胞因子在椎间盘退变中的作用。方法:用Elisa法对34例椎间盘突出症患者椎间盘组织中TNF-α、IL-18进行检测,并取15例健康成人正常椎间盘用于阴性对照。结果:Elisa法证实突出椎间盘组织中TNF-α含量为82.18±21.91 pg/ml、IL-18含量为45.39±21.23 pg/ml;正常椎间盘组织中TNF-α含量为8.68±0.78 pg/ml、IL-18含量为3.58±2.84 pg/ml,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:TNF-α及IL-18可能在椎间盘退变中发挥关键作用,并在临床对椎间盘突出的治疗和转归预后有重要意义。 Objective: To study the role of cytokines in the herniated and normal disc tissues,and then argue that this kinds of cytokines lead to the intervertebral cataplasia to some extent. Methods: Herniated intervertebral disc tissues were obtained from 34 patients undergoing surgery for persistent radiculopathy. The specimens were analysed Elisa treatment for the presence of TNF-α, IL- 18.As a control group 15 normal intervertebral disc specimens were harvested from 5 normal men and the same Elisa treatment detections were performed. Results:content of the TNF-α in the Herniated intervertebral disc is 82.18± 21.91 pg/ml,cantent of the IL-18 in the Herniated intervertebral disc is 45.39 ±21.23 pg/ml;content of the TNF-α in the normal intervertebral disc is 8.68±0.78 pg/ml; content of the IL- 18 in the normal intervertebral disc is 3.58 ± 2.84 pg/ml. Content of TNF-α and IL-18 has not increased apparently in control group, but in the experiment group increase rapidly( P 〈0.01) was evidenced, significance. Conclusion: Herniated intervertebral disc cells can produce TNF-α,IL-18. These cytokines may be play a essential roll in the intervertebral disc degeneration and the pathophysiology of radiculopathy.
