摘要
本采集器的软件设计采用了结构化编程的设计方法。采集器的程序分为3个层次:最高层是用键码分析作业调度型结构编制的监控程序;第二层为可被监控程序调用的,能完成采集器各相应功能的功能程序模块;最底层是可被各功能程序模块调用的通用子程序。微机化仪器软件设计的主要特征是以键盘分析程序为核心,通过键盘操作控制整个程序的运行。
We need to design a quality data collection and analysis system to meet the need of statistical process control. The system core. is the data collector. It is a kind of portable electronic instrument. The processor of the collector is 80C31, a kind of chip computer of MCS-51 series. As a versatile terminal the system can be used in the quality control of machine manufacturing and many other kinds of production.
