摘要
本文采用氢化物发生原子荧光法测定烟草中的砷。确定了仪器的最佳条件,探讨了负高压、盐酸、硼氢化钾浓度等对测定As的影响。在选定的操作条件下,砷的最低检出限为0.07μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.4%。该法操作简单、快速、灵敏度高,结果令人满意。
In the paper, The hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometric method was adopted for the determination of arsenic in the tobacco. The operating condition of the instrument were optimized. The affecting factors, such as highly negative voltage of PMT, the amounts of hydrochloric acid and potassium borohydride etc. ,were investigated. In given conditions,the limit of detection is 0.07 μ g/L, the relative standard deviation is 1.4%. The method is featured by easy operation, fast speed and highly sensitivity.
