摘要
本文要报道的是一种适用于实验室合成2,6-二氟苄胺的方法。该方法以2,6-二氟苯甲酰胺为原料用氢化铝锂还原,该方法反应条件温和、操作以及分离简便,并且通过实验得出该反应的最佳反应条件,目标化合物通过红外、核磁等分析手段进行了确认。
This paper introduces a convenient method to synthesis 2, 6- Difluorobenzyl amine in laboratory. In this method, 2,6-Difluorobenzamide used for the raw material, lithium aluminium hydride used for the reducing agent. It has mild reaction conditions and the operation and separation is simple. Through experiments we get the best conditions, and the target compounds by IR, NMR and other analytical tools were confirmed.
