摘要
基于在酸性介质下磺胺嘧啶与碱性Luminol能产生化学发光,建立了化学发光微流动注射芯片测定鸡肉中磺胺嘧啶的方法。该芯片上微通道由激光雕刻机在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯上雕刻而成,采用精确时间控制进样的方式检测,测定磺胺嘧啶线性范围为(4.0~50.0)×10^-8g/ml,检出限1×10^-8/ml,对2.0×10^-7g/ml磺胺嘧啶连续11次测定的相对标准偏差RSD为1.4%。
A micro-flow injection chemiluminescence system for detemination of sulfadiazine was described, based on luminol-sulfadiazine system. The flow channels were fabricated using laser on PMMA. The sampling time was controlled precisely by a timer. Under the selecting experimental conditions, the chemiluminescence intensity was linear with sulfadiazine concentrations of (4.0 -50.0) × 10^-8g/ml, the detection limit was 1.0×10^-8g/ml, and the relative standard deviation of 11 times of determination on 2.0×10^-7 g/ml sulfadiazine was 1.4%.
