摘要
[目的]探讨超重力处理对小麦幼苗抗盐性的影响。[方法]以小麦为材料,研究了600×g 4 h1、000×g 4 h的超重力处理和0.4%、0.9%盐胁迫条件下,小麦种子萌发时的发芽率(Gr)、发芽指数(Gi);测定了幼苗在0.4%盐胁迫下的过氧化氢酶活性(CAT)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。[结果]经超重力处理后,小麦的Gr和Gi有不同程度的降低,但可以提高盐胁迫下的Gr和Gi;超重力处理组的过氧化氢酶活性高于对照组和0.4%盐胁迫处理组,MDA含量低于对照组和0.4%盐胁迫处理组。[结论]超重力可在一定范围内提高小麦的抗盐性,且1 000×g 4 h处理抗盐性高于600×g 4 h处理。
Wheat was used as plant material in the experiment. Germination of wheat seeds were treated with two different gravity (600 × g and 1 000 × g) for 4 hours and two different NaCl concentration (0.4 % and 0.9 % ) imitating salt stress, then the germination rate ( Gr ) and germination index (Gi) were observed; in addition catalase (CAT) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content of wheat seedlings in 0.4 % salt stress were analyzed. Tne results showed that hypergravity decreased Gr and Gi of wheat seeds in some degree, but which can increase Gr and Gi of wheat seeds in salt stress. CAT activity and MDA content of wheat seedlings treated with hypergravity are better than that with 0.4% salt stress.We can conclude the salt-tolerance of wheat was improved in some degree by hypergravity treatment, and the treatment 1 000 × g, 4 h is more appropriate than 600 ×g, 4 h.
