摘要 [目的]以国产浙白术的药材及炮制品为对照,研究四川峨眉山白术资源品质特性,为科学评价与开发利用资源提供依据。[方法]应用中国药典方法,检测供试品的总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、热水溶性浸出物及HPLC指纹图谱。[结果]峨眉山白术和浙江白术的总灰分含量低于5%,酸不溶性灰分含量低于1%;热水浸出物含量:药材均大于65%,以其中,四川峨眉山白术高于浙江白术(P<0.001),峨眉山白术植株不同部位表现为:根茎>须根>叶片>花>茎;供试品HPLC指纹图谱基本一致。[结论]峨眉山白术资源品质与国产地道药材浙白术无显著差异,符合中国药典要求。 [Objective]The research aimed testudy the resource quality characteristics of Atractylodes macroeephala Koidz. from Emei Motmtain and evaluate the resources scientifically and provide the basis for the further development and utilization of the resource. [Method] The contents of the total ash and the ash which was not dissolved in acid and the contents of hot water soluble extraction as well as the fingerprint of HPLC were detected, among which Ch.P was used. [Restdt] The contents of total ash of Atractflodes macrocephala Koidz. from Emei Mountain and Zhejiang were no less than 5% and the contents of the ash which was not dissolved in acid were no less than 1%. As for the content of the hot water soluble extraction, the contents in the medicinal materials were all more than 65 % and the content in Emei Mountain Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. was higher than that produced in Zhejiang. In the plant of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. from Emei Mountain, the content was in order: Rhizome 〉 fibrous root 〉 leave 〉 Bower 〉 stem. The fingerprints of the tested medicinal materials were basically coincide. [Conclusion] There were no obvious differences in the quality resource between the Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. from Emei Moutain and the genuine medicinal materials and it was in agreement with the requirements of the Ch. P.
