摘要
[目的]探讨柱果铁线莲挥发油的化学成分,为进一步开发利用柱果铁线莲提供依据。[方法]采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取柱果铁线莲挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对挥发油的化学成分进行分析、鉴定。[结果]从柱果铁线莲挥发油中共鉴定出51种化合物,占总峰面积的93.014%。柱果铁线莲挥发油的主要成分是亚油酸(29.696%),其次是棕榈酸(12.370%)、α-松油醇(8.554%)、4-乙烯-2-甲氧基-苯酚(6.474%)、2-正戊基呋喃(4.063%)。圆底烧瓶的大小、温度及加水量是柱果铁线莲挥发油提取的关键,而添加正己烷有利于挥发油的提取与收集。[结论]该研究从柱果铁线莲挥发油中鉴定出51种化合物。
[ Objective] The study was to explore the chemical composition of volatile oil from Clematis uncinata and provide the basis for its further exploitation and utilization. [ Method] The volatile oil of C. uncinata was extracted by steam distillation and its chemical composition was analyzed and identifled by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). [ Result ] 51 compounds were identified horn volatile oil of C. uncinata and were accounted for 93.014% of the total area of peaks. The main composition of volatile oil of C. uncinata was linoleic acid (29.696%), the next was Palmitic acid (12.370%), α-terpineol (8.554%),4-ethylene-2- methoxyl-phenol (6.474%), 2-n-pentyl furan(4.063% ). The size of round bottom flask, temperature and water addition were the key of volatile oil extraction of C. uncinata, and addition of N-hexane was helpful for the extraction and collection of volatile oil. [ Conclusion] 51 compounds were identified from volatile oil of C. uncinata.
