摘要
[目的]研究不同海拔高度地区沙棘果中的总黄酮含量。[方法]于2007年9月在青海大通、甘肃天水、山西右玉、辽宁建平不同海拔高度地区采集沙棘果,榨汁后沉淀,然后将沉淀物在室温下晾干并粉碎,之后进行超临界萃取,采用分光光度法对沙棘果中的总黄酮含量进行测定。[结果]青海大通沙棘果的总黄酮含量最高,为1.27%,然后依次是甘肃天水沙棘果、山西右玉沙棘果、辽宁建平沙棘果,总黄酮含量分别为1.13%、0.95%、0.89%,可见,高海拔地区沙棘果中的总黄酮含量显著高于低海拔地区沙棘果中的总黄酮(P<0.05)。[结论]不同海拔高度地区的沙棘果中的总黄酮含量存在明显差异。
[Objective ] The aim was to study the total flavonoids content in seabuckthom fruit from different altitude areas. [ Method] The seabuckthom fruits were collected from different altitude areas of Datong in Qinghai, Tianshui in Gansu, Youyu in Shanxi and Jianping in Liaoning in September of 2007 and they were deposited after juicing, then the deposits were aired and grinded for the supercritical fluid extraction. The total flavonoids content in seabuckthom fruit was detected by the spectrophotometry. [ Result ] The total flavonoids content in seabuckthom fruit from Datong in Qinghai was highest, being 1.27%, followed by that from Tianshui in Gansu, Youyu in Shanxi and Jianping in Liaoning, being 1.13%, 0.95% and 0.89%, resp. It can be seen that the total flavonoids content in seabuckthom fruit from high altitude area was sigrfificant higher than that in the low altitude area ( P 〈 0.05). [Conclusion] The total flavonoids content in seabuckthom fruit from different altitude areas existed obvious difference.
