摘要
[目的]为哈茨木霉的广泛使用提供参考。[方法]测试5种常用土壤处理杀虫剂与生防菌哈茨木霉的菌丝和孢子的生物相容性。[结果]甲基异柳磷在田间使用浓度(200μg/ml)下对哈茨木霉的菌丝生长和孢子萌发有强烈的抑制作用,抑菌率为64.37%,抑制中浓度EC50为119.56μg/ml,孢子的萌发率仅为64.25%;其次为辛硫磷和辛.氯,两者在田间使用浓度下处理后,哈茨木霉孢子的萌发率分别为68.5%和72.08%,明显低于对照,对菌丝生长的EC50分别为285.63和251.51μg/ml。[结论]毒死蜱和杀虫双在田间使用浓度下与哈茨木霉的相容性较好,可在田间混用或同时使用。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide references for the widely use of Trichoderma harzianum [Method] The biological compatibility of the mycelia growth and conidia germination of fungal biocontrol agent T. harzianum with 5 commercial soil-applied insecticides was tested. [ Result] The result showed that the inhibitory action of isofenphos-methyl on T. harzianum was strongest and the fungistatic rate was 64.37% after treated with 200 μg/ml isofenphos-methyl ,and its EC50 was 119.56μg/ml, the germination rate was 64.25 %. The next was phoxim and phoxim-cycerrnethrin mixture, the germination rates were 68.5% and 72.08% when the application concentration was under normal use content, their EC50 of mycelia growth was 285.63 and 251.51 μg/ml. Chlorpyrifos and disosuhap had no apparent side effect to the mycelia growth and conidia germination of T. harzianum when the application concentration under normal use content. [ Conclusion] Chlorpyrifos and disosultap had no apparent side effect to the mycelia growth and conidia germination of T. harzianum when the application concentration under normal use content.
