PVC芯层发泡管除具备实壁管的性能外,还具有抗冲强度高、适用温度变化大、建筑下水隔音等优点,并且节省原材料25％～30％。通过试验确定了生产工艺要点。产品质量达到或超过了等效采用美国ASTM F891同类产品标准的企业标准。

PVC wick layer foamed tubes possess not only the properties the solid tubes have,but higher quality in impact strength, suitable for conditions with bigger range of temperature change, and good sound insulation for sewer use as well. The material saving is 25%-30% as compared with the solid tubes. Through experiments main points of the production technology have been determined. The product quality has reached and surpassed the enterprise's standard, which is an equivalent standard of ASTM F891 for similar products.
