氨酯改性聚异氰脲酸酯反应注射成型(RIM)──聚醚醇结构对所制材料性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在DMP-30催化作用下,用反应注射成型(RIM)法研制氨酯改性聚异氰脲酸酯弹性体,并对其聚合反应过程及RIM工艺参数进行研究;同时通过对所制材料组成分析,确定是氨酯改性聚异氰脲酸酯。通过聚酸醇结构对所制材料性能影响的研究表明,在异氰脲酸酯高度交联网络结构中引入改性的氨酯结构,能显著降低材料脆性,但要在保持异氰脲酸酯良好热稳定性的同时降低脆性,则要求氨酯改性所用的聚醚具有:a)含伯羟基官能团;b)羟基官能度为2;c)聚醚醇分子量适中(M=1000~2000)等结构特点,同时-OH/-NCO配比要适宜。 Using DMP-30 as the catalyst,the elastomers of polyisocyanurate modified by urethanewere prepared by Reaction Injection Molding(RIM), and its polymerization reaction, RIMprocessing parameters were also studied. It was known by IR analysis that the components ofthe prepared elastomers were isocyanurate and urethane. The study on the effect of polyetherpolyols on the properties of the prepared elastomers showed that the polyether polyols shoulda ) contain primary hydroxyl groups; b) have a functionality of 2, and have a mederatemolecular weigh in order to keep isocyanurate grod thermal stability and to improve friability characteristics of the elastomers.
