基于组态王的滑动轴承周向油膜压力分布实验曲线的研究 被引量:2

摘要 该系统在工业自动化通用组态软件"组态王6.5"的环境下,实现了对"ZHS20滑动轴承实验台"数据检测系统所采集数据的处理,并实现了对该实验台主轴电机的转速控制和液压系统加载压力的控制。绘图系统运用组态王超级X-Y控件,根据实验数据绘图,得到了滑动轴承的周向油膜压力分布实验曲线图及其它几个所需的实验曲线图。对整个系统的工作原理进行分析,具体给出了该系统控制界面的设计方案和开发过程、组态王I/O变量的定义过程、该系统中各种组态王命令语言的源代码及其开发特点和分析思路。该系统已经在西南交通大学开发的"ZHS20滑动轴承实验台"上得到应用,实践证明系统运行可靠。 This system is based on the software "King View 6.5", which is widely used in the industrial automation systems. The system has realized the processing of the data from the detection system, which also realized the control of the spindle motor speed and the control of the hydraulic system load pressure. In this paper, we use the Super X-Y Control to draw the testing curve of the joumal bearing's radial oil film pressure distribution and several other curves of the journal bearing which used in the experiment. The paper detailed the working principle of the whole system, the method and the process in designing the system control interface, the definition of the I/O variables in King View, and the source code used in this system. The system has been used in the journal bearing test-bed ZHS20 which designed by SWJTU, and it runs very well.
