摘要
实际工程结构中经常存在细长杆受压的形式,需要对其进行屈曲分析。为准确计算屈曲临界载荷,利用有限元软件ANSYS对实际工程结构进行线性和非线性屈曲分析。计算结果表明:有限元软件可对工程结构进行线性和非线性屈曲分析;实际结构由于材料弹塑性能,发生屈曲失稳时,有可能发生塑性变形,降低了屈曲临界载荷,非线性计算结果为线性计算结果的95%左右。对结构进行非线性屈曲分析得出更偏于安全的计算结果。
The buckling critical load of thin-long rod is calculated for keeping stable. Buckling analysis of traction rod on locomotive based on ANSYS in this thesis. The result shows: the method of FEM can be used to calculate the critical load of buckling, with linear and non-linear means. Plastic deformation may happen when the structure endures a large load, the buckling critical load decrease and results of non-liner analysis are about 95% than linear results. So, the buckling analysis of the structure with non-liner means will help to improve simulation precision.
