摘要
通过对合成盐酸余热锅炉水冷壁管结构的重新设计，将水冷壁管布局做了较大改进。经实际应用证明，此项改进延长了余热锅炉使用寿命，提高了低压蒸汽产量和合成盐酸产量，减少了检修费用，取得了较好的经济效益。
The rational adjustments in the distribution of water￣cooling pipe inside the waste heat boiler has been made. It is shown that the service life is prolonged, yields of steam and hydrochloric acid are increased, overhaul charge is decreased and better economic benefits are obtained by the improvement.
