摘要
鉴于目前提取姜油工艺的种种缺陷，经过研究找到一种新的姜油提取工艺：用无毒溶剂抽提法，所得姜油产品质量好，应用范围广。
A new technology of extracting ginger oil with the nonpoisonous solvent has been developed, by which the fine quality ginger oil with long preservation period can be produced. The method has a far and wide employed advantage.
