药物性鼻炎治疗体会

The understanding of medicamentous rhinitis therapy

目的:总结药物性鼻炎在临床工作中治疗体会。方法:回顾性分析药物性鼻炎30例,其中25例停止血管收缩剂滴鼻,口服仙璐贝同时辅舒良喷鼻,3例鼻内窥镜下行双侧下鼻甲等离子消融术,2例并发双侧下鼻甲骨质增生,鼻内窥镜下行双侧下鼻甲黏膜下增生骨质部分切除术。术后开始口服仙璐贝同时辅舒良喷鼻。结果:痊愈25例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率93.3%。结论:通过口服仙璐贝和鼻腔喷雾类固醇及鼻内窥镜下下鼻甲局部处理对药物性鼻炎有良好疗效。

Objective To summerize the understanding of clinical therapy of medicamentous rhinitis. Method Therapy of 30 samples with medicamentous rhinitis in our hospital from March 2005 to May 2007 were reviewed. Twenty -five samples were discontinuance of vasoconstrictor substance dropping the noses, and given oral administration of Sinupret and Flixonase snorting of noses, 3 samples under-went concha nasalis inferior plasma ablation surgery on the both sides under nose endoscope, 2 samples were. coincidence of two sides of in-ferior turbinate bone hyperosteogeny, and underwent partial excision of two sides of inferior turbinate bone hyperosteogeny which were under the both side of the concha nasalis inferior under the nose endoscope. After the surgery, took the oral administration of Sinupret and Flixo-nase snorting nose. Results Recovery in 25 samples, effect in 3, and invalid in 2. The total effective rate was 93.3%. Conclusion The oral administration of Sinupret and nasal spray of steroid with partly treatment under nose endoscope have good therapeutic effect in the medicamentous rhinitis.
