高师院校教学改革管见——以中文专业组建科研团队为例

My Humble Opinions about Teaching Reform in Normal Colleges——Based on the organizing of scientific research teams in the specialty of Chinese

高师院校中文专业的教学改革势在必行。决定成败的关键是从何处起步、以何种方式……当这些问题碰巧都集中在一起时,组建科研团队,进行教育改革的构想将从两方面展开:教学改革的必要性和可行性;教学改革必须攀登的三级台阶——所谓三级台阶,即将教学改革作为国家课题集体攻关;全面更新教材以巩固教改成果;为科研优势打造更高级科研平台。

It is imperative for the specialty of Chinese in normal colleges to carry on its teaching reform. The decisive question is where to start and how to carry it on. When all this comes together, it will be discussed in the following two aspects： the necessity and feasibility of teaching reform; the three steps for the reform to go up-taking the reform as a national task for the collective to complete; renovating teaching materials in an overall way to consolidate the achievements of the reform ; making a more advanced platform of scientific research for the advantage of scientific research.
