摘要
AgSnO2电触头材料属环境友好型材料。随其制备技术的发展和性能的改进,AgSnO2电触头材料在低压电器领域的应用逐渐扩大。本文综述了AgSnO2电触头材料的发展现状,着重介绍了其制备技术及方法,并分析了添加物对AgSnO2电触头材料物理特性和电弧侵蚀特性的影响。
AgSnO2 is an environment-friendly electric contact material. With the development of manufacturing technology and improvement in performance, the application of AgSnO2 electric contact material in low-voltage apparatus has grown larger and wider. In this paper, the development status of AgSnO2 material was reviewed and the manufacturing technology and methods were presented in detail. In addition, the effects of additives on the mechanieal and physical properties and the are erosion characteristics of AgSnO2 contact material were analyzed.
