摘要
由于环保要求,微电机换向器中含Cd的复合金属材料已逐渐被Ag_Cu_Ni/TU1系复合材料所取代。本文系统总结了弱电领域微电机用换向器及刷片复合材料的现状及发展趋势,对当前微电机失效的主要模式进行了分析。认为,刷片烧断和换向器沟槽短路死机是造成微电机失效的主要原因,尤其在高温低速的情况下更加明显。当前环保型复合材料的发展应以Ag_Cu_Ni合金为基,掺杂有益元素并使其加工方式多样化来有效提高材料使用寿命。
Because of environmental request, Cd containing clad metal series has been replaced by Ag-Cu-Ni/ TU1 series gradually.This article summarizes the situation and developing trend of commutator and brush clad metal applied in micro-motors in weak current aspect . Currently there are two failure modes in micro-motor, one is the brush sheet been burnt out, the other is the short in commutator grooves leading system failure, specially under the condition of high temperature and low speed. So presently, the main developing trend is to add beneficial elements into Ag-Cu-Ni alloy or improve processing method to enhance material's working life.
